We are pleased to announce that Stage I of the CITYFLOW development on Redutowa Street in Warsaw’s Wola district has been officially approved for use.

This first stage includes two eight-story residential buildings designed by the DEDECO architectural studio, seamlessly blending into the green character of the neighborhood. CITYFLOW is being developed on a former industrial site of an old dairy plant, in a unique location – close to the city center and major transport routes.

The project aims to harmoniously combine urban living with nature, offering gardens, spacious balconies, panoramic windows, and a rich recreational program for residents of all ages.
