In September 2023, construction began on a residential and commercial building located at Św. Ducha and Dworcowa streets in Szczecin.
The complete design documentation was developed by the Szczecin-based Dedeco Architecture Studio. The design work has continued over the previous year.
The simple façade of the building is covered with clinker bricks. The architectural detail in the form of a dark strip around windows emphasises the orderly arrangement of the façade.
On the one hand, the minimalism and simplicity of the façade allude to the best and proven solutions of residential architecture, while on the other hand, they enhance the character of a modern inner-city development fitted into the local context.
The building has mainly a residential function, supplemented by commercial units on the ground floor, together with the necessary ancillary and technical infrastructure, i.e. staircase, entrance hall, and passenger and goods lift. The building contains 63 flats.
