For over two years we have been working for BGK Nieruchomości designing interiors of flats in several locations in Poland in the buildings of the Fundusz Mieszkań na Wynajem. BGK Nieruchomości buys entire buildings from developers on the primary market, we design about 100-200 apartments in one location. Apartments meet a number of criteria: they must be located in attractive locations, with convenient access to the city center, in new buildings, with extensive infrastructure and proximity to green areas. All apartments are made as a turnkey standard. This means that all elements of the apartment are finished: floors, ceilings, walls, internal doors and lighting. Kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped.
Fundusz Mieszkań na Wynajem is a commercial project of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Its goal is to increase the offer of high quality flats for rent in the biggest Polish cities. The assumption is also to support the occupational mobility of landlords and provide an alternative to a mortgage loan. Renting a flat from an institutional entity is a guarantee stability and predictability of the owner’s decision.
