Browar Gdański is one of the nine investments we have designed for BGK Nieruchomości as part of the Fundusz Mieszkań na Wynajem. It is a fund of flats for rent.
BGK Nieruchomości buys entire buildings from developers on the primary market, we design about 100-200 apartments in one location. Apartments meet a number of criteria: they must be located in attractive locations, with convenient access to the city center, in new buildings, with extensive infrastructure and proximity to green areas.
All apartments are made as a turnkey standard. This means that all elements of the apartment are finished: floors, ceilings, walls, internal doors and lighting. Kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped.
Fundusz Mieszkań na Wynajem is a commercial project of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Its goal is to increase the offer of high quality flats for rent in the biggest Polish cities. The assumption is also to support the occupational mobility of landlords and provide an alternative to a mortgage loan.
